Crew Ready ("we", "us", or "our") is an offline-first safety and operations app for forestry, contractor, and field crews. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it is stored when you use Crew Ready.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect and store:

• Account and company information, such as your name, email address, company name, role, and company membership
• Job and site information, including job names, locations, ERP details, hospital details, and related site notes
• Operational records you enter, including inspections, FLHA records, deficiencies, timesheets, production entries, assignments, and related notes
• Fleet and equipment information, including trucks, equipment, meter readings, maintenance history, service reminders, and work-order related data
• Training and compliance records, including certificate details, renewal dates, and supporting photos or attachments you upload
• Photos and media captured in the app for inspections, deficiencies, training records, or other workflow records
• Location-related information when you choose job map selection, ERP site mapping, or hospital routing features
• Notification and reminder data, including logs of app reminders and operational alerts
• Technical and device-related information needed to support offline storage, syncing, authentication, and app performance

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve Crew Ready, including to:

• create and manage your account and company workspace
• support daily workflow, inspections, FLHA, timesheets, deficiencies, production tracking, and ERP features
• sync records across devices when cloud syncing is enabled
• generate exports and reports for operational and compliance purposes
• send reminders, alerts, and in-app notifications
• support safety, maintenance, fleet, and training workflows
• maintain security, reliability, and performance of the service

3. Data Storage

Crew Ready is designed to work offline first.

• Data may be stored locally on your device so the app can work without cell service.
• When syncing or cloud features are enabled, relevant data may also be stored in cloud services we use to provide the app, including Firebase.
• Some technical data may be stored locally to support sign-in, sync state, notifications, and app preferences.
• We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with cloud and infrastructure providers that help us deliver Crew Ready. Within your organization, information may be visible to supervisors, admins, or other authorized users based on your company setup and plan.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information and associated data by contacting us. You can also control certain information directly in the app, depending on your role and permissions.
