These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crew Ready ("Crew Ready", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Crew Ready, you agree to these Terms.
Crew Ready is provided for business and operational use by crews, supervisors, and companies managing field safety, inspections, timesheets, deficiencies, ERP, fleet, training, and related workflows. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating and using an account.
You retain responsibility for the data you and your organization enter into Crew Ready, including operational, compliance, job, fleet, training, and employee-related information. You represent that you have the right to use and submit that data through the service.
Crew Ready is designed to support offline-first workflows, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that syncing will always occur immediately. You are responsible for reviewing records and exports before relying on them for business, compliance, or safety decisions.
Crew Ready may include ERP, hospital routing, reminders, and other safety-related features. These features are provided as operational tools only and are not a substitute for proper training, supervision, emergency planning, or professional judgment. In an emergency, always follow your company procedures and contact local emergency services where appropriate.
Some features may be offered under free, trial, or paid plans. Pricing, plan limits, trial access, and included features may change from time to time. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Crew Ready to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
We may suspend or terminate access to Crew Ready if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if needed to protect the service, our users, or our business. You may stop using the service at any time.
Crew Ready is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not make guarantees about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crew Ready and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Crew Ready after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
